we realized we haven't been blogging much about fashion recently, so to rectify this we thought we would share with you one of our favourite trends at the moment NEON !! we absolutely love the look of punchy neons added to any outfit whether it be shoes, a bag, skirt, jacket, lipstick whatever it is as long as it's in the brightest hue we at GI jones think it's fabulous!

G. jones spent a lazy sunday at the Beach Hotel in byron and caught up with her friend Monica who came down from brisbane. we are in love with Monica's fabulous ring! she bought it in dubai for only 10 Dirhams which is only about $3!! we think its pretty big and pretty awesome. it reminds us of this Aaliyah ring by Samantha Wills.

we spotted Shanti again in what seems to be his signature polka dot neck tie and this time he was wearing a red shirt with it's collar up and tailored green pants looking just as suave as ever. but it wasn't his colourful outfit or cowboy hat that caught our eye this time it was his amazing collection of vintage rings! what do you guys think of his style? do you love it as much as we do?

G. jones seems to be having the most luck street sweeping great fashion and accessories. she spotted Mel from brisbane enjoying the sun at the beach hotel in byron bay on sunday. we love her fabulous thrifted vintage earrings the chevron zig zag reminds us of Missoni but with a retro 80's feel. we're also loving her tortoise shell Ray Ban wayfarers. they are such a timeless style and they look great with just about any outfit.

the first time we spotted our bangalow man we knew we had found someone special. so we were all seriously happy when G. jones called to say that she was driving through banagalow and spotted him again. it almost feels like he should have a blog dedicated just to his fabulous outfits. we're so jealous of the confidence it would take to pull off this outfit, and he does it so well. the pink suit, matching pink shirt, pink polka dot neck tie, pink sequin sombrero, vintage rings and reflective pink shades. AMAZING. i think we are falling even more in love with him. this time G. jones even managed to get his name Shanti. we seriously hope we run into Shanti again and we cant wait to see what fabulous outfit we spot him in next.
